It's £189 and faster in a lot of situations. For gaming I think it would be better. I'm looking to upgrade to sandybridge myself.

That's going to be a real nice build but I would go for a Corsair PSU personally. Not that there's anything wrong with the one you have selected but I tend to stick with Corsair myself.

What about:

i5 2500k - £189
Asus P8P67 PRO mobo - £140
Corsair XMS3 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel - £108
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 6950 2048MB - £240 (flash to 6970)

£73 cheaper and better performance.

Also I would change the SSD for this. It's a better faster drive than the intel one.

Might be worth taking a look at this motherboard you get 20% tax back on it, and supports full SLI so more future proof,

MSI P67A-GD65 Intel P67 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard - (Sandybridge)

Also if your after SDD take a look at the following it's got a better read speed

Crucial RealSSD C300 64GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive (CTFDDAC064MAG-1G1)
