I wont be doing cross fire, the only other things i will be adding from this PC will be the 1tb drive that is in it as a backup drive, dvdrw drive, and my SB audigy XFI with the front bay (only because it will have the headphone socket at the front of the pc, and mutes the speakers when plugged in).

I will prob also add an SSD at a later point

PSU i selected was thinking it been gold + it would be more efficient, but i think most will be more efficient than my current one (8 year) old tagan tg580-u15

I like the look of the Zalman case so i think i will go for that, (i was going to order some 120mm case fans for the case i selected so it woulds out better getting the Z3 if it comes with the fans)

Thank you all for the advice, it is much appreciated.

With the Gfx card, ive now 3 choices what do i go for, Is there much different between them.

PSU, 2 votes for the CX so i will prob go with that.
