New system build for a friend

Hi everyone,
My friend is looking for a bit of advice on building a new PC and will be using it for multimedia and moderate gaming. His budget is around £650 for everything not including a monitor/keyboard/mouse/OS.

fair enough, considered it stoped

tho I have the 223l, had the 223q but it stopped reading dvds for some reason.
