What you planning to use this system for? As that will effect any recomendations?
I.E. If its gaming just get the i5 chip and save some money
If you dont need the 2 big HDDs then a SSD for boot/apps and a mechanical for storage is normally better idea
Unless you need NVidia for 3d a 6950 isnt much more than that 460 and will absolutely eat it (for breakfast :D)
None of these are firm points though without knowing your intended use

Well I do a few light CPU intensive tasks such as coding, Photoshop, flash etc and gaming of course! :D
I'm a bit of a Nvidia fan boy, how good is this 6950?

Using RAID 0 if one disk fails you lose all your data.

You're doubling your chance of losing everything.

Very True, think ill just stick with one drive then.

Hmmm the 6950 seems like a good idea, I'll check benchmarks in the morning.
