It's been about ten years since I last built a PC so I'm well out of the loop. My target is to have a PC that can play GTA V and The Witcher 3 at 1080p60 as I'll be using my Sony Bravia HDTV via HDMI to play.

I really like the size and style of the case in the above and I think an Intel i5 Skylake will be sufficient but I have no clue about the GPU requirements although I definitely want nVidia. I've always been an Intel/nVidia guy.

Budget is about £600. I need the computer and a backlit keyboard. Already have display, mouse and I should be able to transfer my Windows 10 licence across.

Many thanks.

Good god. The 980Ti is £600 on its own. Thanks for the reality check. :p

To be honest, they don't really need to be in ultra graphics mode, just look as good as the console versions. A 960 will do that surely?

Thanks, well I definitely want to hit 60fps otherwise it's a bit pointless. :)

I now ask myself what am I really going to do with this. I shall probably have to compromise and take a lower quality hit to the graphics on the new titles or just play them on the PS4.

So let's revise the objective and say I want to be able to play the last-gen titles at 1080p60 which were only 720p30 on the PS3. Things like Far Cry 2 and 3, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Elder Scrolls V, Kingdoms of Amalur, Mass Effect trilogy, Borderlands and Batman trilogies with all the fancy PhysX effects, etc.

What do I need for this now?
