Ok, I had all my parts delivered today. Which are as follows:

Intel i7 920
Gigabyte EX58-UD5
Radeon HD 4890 1024MB
Velociraptor 300GB
12GB (6x2GB) DDR3 Corsair
Coolermaster v8
Cosair 650W PSU

Got it all together but when I fire it up, it doesnt seem to be outputting anything to my monitor (ive tried it on 2 different monitors). All the fans are spinning and everything has power...

Im guessing its the GPU... Anyone got any ideas?

The silly things are often the cause
Have you connected all power leads properly? 24pin and 8 pin as well as additional PCI-E connectors to gfx card. Try reseating the gffx card. If none of that works, do you get LEDs lighting up on the back of the gfx card to show it is working? when you first boot. I take it theres no errror beeps?

could be, take thhem all out and power up mobo on its own, you should get error beeps to say no cpu, put cpu in and try again, should get an error beep now for no RAM, then try 1 stick of RAM and see if it works, if not try a different stick, possibe one is faulty. The error beep codes should be in your mobo manual

GPU should do
RAM youve already tried just one stick?
Other thing you can try is put the GPU in your present set up, make sure it works, if so its sounding like possibly mobo or CPU

You probably have, but have you tried a different cable from GPU to monitor(s)? I assume you are using DVI-DVI?

Also, although I think that the GPU can use both, are you using the DVI port "closest" to the CPU? Another long shot but it might be worth checking...
