New system or not?

Looking at maybe getting a new system or holding out for a while (i.e Christmas)

Currently rocking a 6350 @ 4.2, 16gb ddr3, r9 280 3gb, couple of ssds and 2tb hdd alongside a xfx pro550w and CM120M cooler.

Not sure whether to upgrade now or wait?

Thoughts and maybe a spec please?

Hmmm im thinking of getting a 8350 instead along side a rx480... keeping my existing rig and using some 8gb 2400mhz memory i have lying around...

worth it, or go intel

Go Intel if your budget allows. Better IPC and a newer platform. AM3+ is prehistoric nowadays.

That bundle is a good deal.

Your R9 280 will be fine. It's basically a 7950, which is still pretty good.

The bundle will be better than the 6350. It's also current hardware, so you can upgrade the CPU in the future if you want to. AM3+ is a very old platform now and I wouldn't invest any more into it.
