Does this seem to be a reasonable build? I want to play games like Call of Duty at 1440p. It would be great if I could decrease costs.

I will switch to a water CPU cooler if it will be enough benefit.

This is adding up to 515 Watts with two 1440p monitors.

Perhaps the 7800X3D will be sufficient?

Case - Fractal Era 2 - £150
Motherboard - Gigabyte X870I AORUS PRO ICE Mini ITX - £300
CPU - AMD RYZEN ™ 7 9800X 3D - £450
CPU cooler - Thermalright AXP90-X53 - £40
GPU - Sapphire PULSE AMD RADEON™ RX 9070 XT GAMING 16GB DUAL HDMI/DUAL DP -£700
HD 1 - Western Digital WD_Black SN850X 4 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME - £240
HD 2 - Same as above but 2TB - £122
Memory - CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL30 -£100
PSU - Asus ROG LOKI 750 W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully Modular SFX Power Supply - £165

TIA

Is the system going to be used for anything else apart from gaming?

Could save on the motherboard but this would depend if there is features you want\need on the £300 boards that the B850 boards do not offer.

Not a saving but just make sure the ram is EXPO and not XMP (XMP is for Intel systems)

Yes. I want to be able to use graphic design software.
Also, I want it to handle streaming video and having lots of browsers open. I have an AMD Ryzen 5 CPU in my laptop (bought in 2018) and this regularly conks on me when doing that).

Cheers, I will look out for that.
