New system spec advice

Hi,
I'm looking to upgrade my system and have decided on the following:-

Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) - Retail
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC) - X2

and one of the following motherboards:-

Asus P5K Premium/WiFi-AP Intel P35 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2
Asus P5K-E WiFi Intel P35 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2
Asus P5N32-E PLUS SLi nForce (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2

Can anyone give any pointers on this spec and what's the best motherboard to go for from the above?

Why did you decide to get an Asus in particular?

No reason in particular except that I have one at the moment and have had no problems with it and always hear good things about them so thought I'd stick with them...

EDIT: I also run an ASUS board just making suggestions thats all.

Never had a problem with an Asus Board Current P5K-E will do 500mhz FSB and is rock solid... would have no hesitation to recommend it..
