New system with regular BSODs

It is an OCUK built machine yes and the only thing I had tweaked was the GPU performance level settings in nividia inspector, which I have set back to default settings. Unfortunately the BSODs were happening way before I tweaked anything at all in the first place, about a month after I got the system. It just seems odd to see that it only BSODs on certain games.

MS Flight Simulator X (known to be mega CPU and RAM thirsty) = no BSODs
Simcity = no BSODs
MS Flight Simulator 2004 = BSODs often
Google Earth (street view panning about) = BSODs eventually
