I am going to be building a new system. Webmail, gaming, accounts and the usual stuff.

Intel Core 2 Duo E2140 or AM2 3800+ as I am building on a budget. Alrady have 2 gig of 6400 DDR2 and a Geforce 8800 GTS 320meg.

Which would be the better chip?
