New Thermaltake tower cases

Go nomadic with the features and get a Lian Li. :p

Stackers have power buttons, taking it way to far, shorting the pins on the motherboard is the future!

Take it original stackers, not the 830 rubbish they have at the moment...?
LOL. I'm not *that* crazy, although I did short a PSU once. Made a nice flash, but survived. :)

And yes, 810s - one old version, one new.

First could look ok but can't really tell from that pic.
Second is far too OTT, pointless and way too much going on on the front panel.
Third looks like the vento enough said.

I don't really see why they're putting WC'n into all their cases now

Would look pretty good without the stupid screen thing (if it was acctually part of the thing rather than sticking out would be good) and that handle (looks like its made out of polystyrene to me) which really ruins it to me.

I think the screen folds and then slides into the optical bay, onlyway to fit a 7inch screen into a case that small.

If Thermaltake are going back to there old ways, expect that to break. :p

That screen looks like it's one of those LCD screen in expensive cars.
Why have a 7in screen on a LAN box? You wanna play Lan, you use better. 7in = GPRS navigator / Airplane TV, not gaming.

I'd quite like to see it on ocuk and get Gibbo to keep us up to date on how many get sold :p

I have a feeling quite a lot will be sold.
Only because there are/were loads people out there with Crazy Frog ringtones.

But then again, not a lot of them build a PC, no?

The Vento sold.

Enough said. :(
Meh, we can harp about poor taste all day long but in *** end it comes down to personal choice. TT makes a lot of gaudy cases and jewlers make a lot of gaudy watches. I, however, won't go cudgel someone about the head just becasue they have poor taste.

In short: To each his own, De gustibus non est disputandum. :)

Oh most certainly each to their own, I never recommend things based on looks really as I hate some of the stuff I recommend sometimes.

But the Vento is ugly to my eyes, overpriced and poorly built.

Bad, BAD case.

This Thermaltake one will probably be much better.

No, you got it all wrong, it's the Vento cases that deserve the cudgel. The owners of them just need a good talking to so they see the error of their ways.

I saw a couple of them in the window of a PC parts shop while on a recent OcUK meet, and they're still ugly horrible things.
