I'm trying to install 3d vision for silverlight

I haven't a clue how to do it?

cant see a exe file when I open up the file in winrar

there is a video with totally non understandable language telling you how to do it.

TBH I've given Silverlight a wide berth since the nightmares it gave me with Sky Player.

Nothing but constant errors which neither side (MS or Sky) seemed keen on fixing.
