New to AMD anything.

Hi, as per the title, I'm new to AMD things. I was hoping to get some advice.
I've bought a Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPU coupled with an ASUS Prime X870-P motherboard. Corsair Vengeance CL30 32gb DDR5 RAM.
Cooling is provided by a Corsair 150i Elite 360mm radiator, with a maximum temperature of 83 degrees under load.
I don't seem to be getting the full-fat performance from my CPU.
Cinebench multi-core score is only 2323 . I've read that 40000 isn't uncommon on a standard setup.
I've installed Windows from scratch on a Gen 5 1tb NVMe and installed all the latest drivers.

Any help appreciated

You're probably running cinebench R24 which has different scoring than cinebench r23.

OMG Cinebench R24 needs to come with a health warning. Thank you VaderDSL. You've saved my sanity and my hair . CinebenchR23 multi-core score 41792.

Would be good if they sorted out R24 to work with newer video cards as well
