Hi all,

I've recently been bitten by the bug to upgrade my pc so hence getting to know whats whats with PC's these days.

My machine is very very old (so be kind!)
Pentium 4 2.26GHz
Memory : 1.5GB DDR
NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS

so far i've got from OCUK a NZXT case & PSU, needed new psu as after moving to the new case i cleaned the old one and it shorted something and almost blew the plug out the wall!!!

DAMN! That machine was around before Jesus wasn't it haha!
In any case, do ask anything, and I'm sure someone can help with your upgrading.

Also, I would wait until the new 'sandy bridge' chips come out before upgrading your CPU/ Motherboard, as other CPU's will drop in price.

tell me about it, i have been gaming in ages and can't even install windows 7 as my motherboard can boot from DVD!!
