New to gaming PCs - need advice on pre-built system

Hi guys, I'm looking for a system to suit a teen into AAA and FPS games (currently uses a PS5) and wondering if the following seems like a reasonable set up. I've chosen the components based on researching threads on here and going to pretty much maximum budget. Any advice would be gratefully received.

Save some cash by Dropping Windows, you can get a key for much, much less elsewhere. Could drop to 16GB of RAM as well and ask OCUK to improve the graphics card using those savings to the 3070 option.

You also don't need the Wi-Fi card, the motherboard has Wi-Fi built in.

You really have done your research, this is pretty much what would be recommended within your budget.

Win10 is free and downloadable from Microsoft website. You do not need Win11 with that cpu and it will work perfectly fine with Win10

Like mentioned above you do not need the wifi card.
 
Could save a few bob and go with this instead.
