thats a good machine that bud. should run everything a near enough max settings.

war game European escalation is the latest good strategy game released. you should take a look at it.

Thanks for your reply on my post and i`ve just been looking at the war game and looks like its right up my street.
Where do most people buy there games from as iam so out of touch

Steam is pretty much the go-to place for most online games, however there are other independent websites that sell steam keys on the cheap but I'm not sure whether they can be named here or not.

Ok thanks again
Iam probably asking in the wrong section but i`ve noticed some members have a sig how i can get one and is this easy to do.

Get Starcraft 2... I never really liked RTS enough to play much beyond just missions until I got this game and it's still my favourite game well over a year on. Don't worry about getting owned online - I never really played much RTS online but the matchmaking system makes sure you don't go on a too long win streak before you find someone equally terrible :-) And it's just an excellently made, fun, well balanced game. there's a reason why it's so popular

out of curiosity why did you decide on buying a pc for games rather than a console?

For strategy Starcraft2 and Total War series are pretty unbeatable. Both will look great on your PC as well.

Adventure- you may try Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Its a stealth/fps game but with very good plot that has multiple endings and generally you see a lot of repercussions to your previous actions.

New gamer

A few weeks ago my desktop pc went into workshop for repair and when it got returned after a few days started giving me problems again so it's gone back to work shop
This has forced the issue as I've been wanting to upgrade hence the reason for ordering a new desktop pc
As I've never had a gaming plc before thought I just give it a try
I do own ps3 and have had Xbox in the past but I always get thrown into spare room by the mrs
I know it's an expensive way but as said always wanted gaming pc

You have so many sweet games to get through. I'm jealous :(

If you like strategy then maybe check out the total war series. Rome and Medieval 2 are generally considered the best in the series. You should check out some first person shooters mate, PC gaming is the perfect platform for it :)

Oh yeah, go buy skyrim.
