It is a lot of money, but to be fair, I have wrecked enough headsets by tripping up on the cable that these would probably work out cheaper long term!

i used to have the wired G35 [same as this but without the wireless features]

the G keys allow you to open programs like WMP and Itunes

you can also use them to do things like voice changer etc

Ah I see, I'm looking for a new headset, checking between quite a few, never really considered a wireless 1, but this 1 seems to be pretty decent.

I'm just dubious as to how this will actually sound with it being wireless. A few years ago I bought a Plantronics wireless headset and it was just aweful. Hopefully these have improved some what.

There is a review I did of a WoW headset which has a voice changer built in. The review I did was of the wired version - but they have a wireless also.

I even made a video and put it on youtube with voice changing recording. You may laugh lots.
