New to over clocking

Hey guys I am new to the over clocking scene and I am trying to figure out if I'm better off buying a h80 or just getting a fan assisted heat sink, the money side of it really isnt an issue just wanting to figure out for a first timer if I'm better paying that little bit extra for it or just buying a full water-cooling system (would go for a ocuk lab case&system)! Need advice to steer me in the right direction

Don't bother with watercooling.

The difference in temps against a decent air cooler isn't enough to make the extra expense and hassle worth it in my opinion.

I got rid of my system for a Silver Arrow and don't regret it.
