I've just built a new system using the I7 920

Can you tell me if everything I've done here is ok?

cpu voltage: 1.3v
Dram voltage: 1.66v
qpi voltage: 1.375v

bclk freq: 190

Results:

core speed: 3.8ghz
Bus Speed: 190.mhz
qpi link: 3420.0 mhz

Dram frequency: 760.0mhz
nb frequency: 3040.0 mhz

I ran Real Temp through Sensor Test using Prime 95.

Results

Max Temp at 100%

66c 65c 64c 63c

CPU LOAD Average Distance To Max

100% 34.0 35.0 36.0 38.0
89.1% 38.4 38.6 40.2 41.9
76.7% 42.2 42.6 43.8 45.2
64.3% 46.6 47.4 48.0 50.2
51.8% 51.2 51.2 51.6 54.5
39.4% 55.3 55.1 54.9 58.1
27.0% 58.1 58.3 58.2 61.2
14.6% 61.7 61.7 61.3 64.3
1.2% 65.2 65.6 64.8 67.9
1.0% 65.4 66.0 65.1 68.3

Let me know if you think this is alright. With it being a new build and the momney I've spent I don't want to risk killing anything.

Cheers

thanks a million for a reply....this is the first time i've tried overclocking although its the 3rd rig i've built.

to be fair the back bedroom the pc is kept in is a bit on the cold side so i guess that helps.

thanks again i think i may leave it then :)

well I ran it through Real Temp so it wasn't that long just through their cycle test they run, up to 100% cpu usage and then back down to 0%.

I ran Prime 95 seperately the other night for 40 minutes and Core Temp recorded max temps across all 4 cores of 71 70 72 69

Is that ok or too high??? do I need to run it for longer????
