Hi gonna Overclock my CPU for the first time ever today!

I have:
I5 7600k
Gigabyte z270 gaming k3
Alpenfohn Brocken 2 CPU cooler

What voltage would I need to get my CPU to around 4.5GHz and be stable? Or what clock speed do you recommend trying to aim for and be stable? Thanks!!

Every chip is different, just set the chip for 4.5ghz & see what happens.
No boot, slightly increase the voltage. Once you get to it booting & stable in Windows run a few programs to test load stability. If it crashes or locks up add a little more volts.

As a guide my 7700k needs 1.3v for 4.8ghz & 1.34v for 5ghz

Just noticed my board has a overclocking preset for 4.8GHz so I’ve got that on currently and my CPU is running a 4.8GHz gonna leave it on 3D mark stress test for the next 20 mins and see what happens
CPU temps while stress testing before the Overclock was 60 degrees Celsius is that okay?

Presets tend to be a little generous with the voltage, just keep an eye on what it's actually delivering, you may be able to drop it a little & still be stable.
60c in this currently weather is fine.

The 4.8GHz preset is delivering 1.34v. Stress test returned with 96% stable and temperature was around 70 max

All sounds ok to me. You could possibly try manually dropping the voltage a tad just to see if would run with less, but temps don't sound too bad on air in this weather.
