Just bought a replacement psu as mine is playing up full thread here http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18345688.
I've decided it's about time I tried my hand at basic overclocking, so bought this Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU Cooler as well with some Artic Cooling MX-4 Trim.
I would like to ensure my Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus Case case fans are set up correctly before I attempt to replace the above items.

Case came with 1 x 200mm fan at the front sucking air in & 1 x 120mm fan at the rear sucking air out.
I have added 1 x 120mm fan to the side sucking air in & 2 x 120mm fans to the top sucking air out.

The speeds as shown in the Asrock Extreme Tuning Utility are;
Front 200mm = 690
Rear 120mm = does not show (Think this is as it is connected to a molex connector)
Side 120mm = 1275
Top 120mm = Both around 1300

CPU idle in Core Temp says 34/34/39/31 (I understand this may/will change once the new cooler is installed)

Questions
What can I do to get the Rear 120mm fan speed to show up so I can monitor it.
Are the fans installed correct for optimal cooling/airflow?
Do you think the fan speeds are adequate?

I would slow the top ones down a bit as it and possibly think about getting a fan controller so you can wire up all the fans properly. Check rear one has three wires not two.

Cheers varkanoid, the fan controller is a good idea, will look into it over the weekend after fitting new psu & cpu cooler that arrived today, just waiting on the MX-4 trim.

Can also check the rear fan pin connector.
