New to Overclocking, should I overclock my computer?

Hi, never ventured into this sub-forum before now so go easy New to overclocking, never tried it, no idea how to do it etc.

My build is as follows, nothing great but:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 7850+ Black Edition 2.80GHz
Powercolour ATI Radeon HD 4850 PCS 512MB GDDR3
OCZ Platinum Series 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-8500CS 1066MHz Dual Channel
Gigabyte GA M61PME DDR2 Motherboard
Corsair CX 400w ATX PSU.

Is it even worth overclocking at all? Any help or advice would be great

hi m8 check out the begginers guide to overclocking its easy once youve read the thread youll find if you get stuck people will always try and help you out ie voltages etc
