I was considering getting a 4800x2 which was £210 exc p&p :( but then i heard on these forums that i could overclock a cheaper cpu to those speeds e.g. a 4200x2 oem, Arctic Freezer Pro 64 + Arctic Silver 5. The only problem is im not all not confident nor entirely sure how to overclock.
I understand about the FSB*multiplier=cpu speed, but have no idea about how to put a divider on my memory  or how to increase the voltage accordingly.
Can anyone help me out here and maybe tell me what kinda speeds i might be able to achieve with this setup aswell?

Thanks

My system spec atm is:

amd64 3700+ @2.2ghz (stock)
2gb (PC3200) ram (a mixture of geil and another manufacturer :S 1.5gb in each bay)
A8n Sli SE mobo
nvidia 7900GT oc'd

ill be probably upgradin to a 4200x2 like i said
