new to overclocking

hi,i would like to know how to overclock my rig,i am new to all this but am keen to learn,if you do post to this thread please make it easy to understand lol.

I would like to overclock just a small bit to start with so i can understand the method,any help will be most appreciated guys and dolls.

tried that last weekend but every time i changed it in the bios and started my pc,looked at c=puz and it did not work the way i wanted or figured it would work.

I will try again this w/end and let you know how i get on,if i aint on again u will know i did something wrong lol
