New to overclocking

So tempted to try overclock my computer rig is as below and got a few questions

Ryzen 5 1600(nm) 3.2mhz using stock cooler
Asus prime b450m atx
16gb corsair vengencr 3000mhz
250gb ssd t force
Red devil 580 8gb
500w seasonic gc psu

So pretty sure there really isnt much if any head room for OC. With thr OC switch on my gpu activated and nothing else its currently idling at 36 degrees in bios. Was wondering with this set up is there the possibility to be raising the cpu to 3.6 and bring the memory up to the full 3000 ( currently at stock 2133) thanks

should be able to i had my 1600x at 4.Ghz underwater tho as for as memory i think that depends on the sticks i was lucky and could run mine at 3000 but my mate with the same motherboard and cpu and he couldnt
