Probably better off overclocking the gpu with msi afterburner. Just increase core by 20mhz at a time till it crashes then go back down 40-60mhz for the memory on the gpu just go up 100mhz at a time with the core clock applied, then when it artifacts or crashes go back 100mhz. Save that as a profile in afterburner and just set it to apply overclock on startup.
