New to pc building need some help

Hi i need help to build a pc budget around £700 but i can go a bit higher if needed. Im not sure what i need to get but i do want a cube pc tower, i like the metis windowed mini itx case but i can go for another if needs be. I play a lot of wow, rainbow siege, and other similar games. i want to be able to play on high settings and have it be able to last me a few years. i am very new to this so i dont have much clue on what to look for.

im not to fussed if its pre built or diy as long as its a cube or mid as i have limited space to put it and windows 10 and im not sure what peripherals are. sorry very new to this
