I just bought my gaming rig from Overclockers. I have been all my life playing in PC and Nintendo and stuck for 3 years with a ***** laptop with a 750M that was thermal throttling all the time.
Was waiting for Zen, as I do prefer AMD against Intel, but I could have been waiting forever... I always go for "budget" GPUs instead of the high end and prefer to change them every 2 or 3 years.
I hope to carry on learning and following interesting stuff about hardware and technology through the forums.
And what I bought is the following:
- i5 6600K (no overclock done yet but I'll probably go up to 4Ghz in a few days)
- MSI Z170A Krait Gaming 3X
- 16GB DDR4 2400 Mhz Kingston HyperX
- Cooler Master Hyper 612 V2 (is BIG)
- Sapphire Radeon RX 480 Nitro + 4GB
- EVGA Supernova GS 650W
- Samsung EVO 750 500GB + WD Blue 1TB
- Phanteks Eclipse P400S (I'll buy 2 120mm fans in some months)
I have been playing Overwatch and Warammer Total War and the performance is amazing ! Incredibly happy !
