Hello,

I'm just about to start going to the gym. It's my first time properly attending the gym.

My main purpose is to lose weight. I will openly admit i am fat!

Can someone please make a exercise plan / link me to one that I can follow?

such things like

Week 1 Day 1,
10mins on bike,
10mins on treadmill
10mins weights ect.

Day 2 rest, day 3 (train ect)

then week 2
increase to 15-20mins ect.

One that is easy to follow that i can increase each week.

Er 10 minutes of weights isn't very much...

Most people will recommend you either the routine in Gordy's guide found here or Stronglifts which you can google. Typically you are recommended to do cardio after weights.

Also weightloss is majority diet but exercise helps.

It was just an example. Reading "Gordy's" guide, thats for body building and a quick look of stronglifts looks the same.

I just want some sort of interval training guide
 
you'll need to sort your diet too else you'll be wasting a lot of time on the treadmill trying to burn off a bad diet
