Basically those two are the same, but the 2011 build has an extreme edition CPU, which is better than the normal 4770k - I'd go for the extreme edition for the sake of that £30 or so. Also, maybe skimp on some parts and get yourself a better GPU, the 270 isn't particularly brilliant.

The 4770K is arguably better than the 4820 in CPU performance.
