got my e6600 from 2.4ghz to 3.3ghz stable. temps are a little high at 65degrees on p95 and had to bump up the voltage to 1.5v.
was wondering can i push this card harder and how? i dont know if it will be safe pushing the voltage up more as it will generate more heat and may even be counter productive.
any one got any tips that are easy to follow, i dont know how to change the north bridge voltage on my mb... =(

Voltage seems a bit high in my opinion, not sure what other's think.
The Nb volatge may be under MCH voltage - (what board are you running)
Memory multiplier / ratio might need adjusting.

ive got mine at 3.3 on 1.43v nothing else touched got a reference heatsink and im touching 62degrees :P

i had to unlink the ram :(, my board only had a 3to5 mode and my 800mh ram wasent coping over 2.7ghz. erm its a oldish asus, think its a p35 or mabey a little older, will have to dig up the box for it.
will take a look for the MCH voltage settings, how much can i up this? 10% higher or less?

thanks for the replys ;)

love at it isent to hard to get a card that is so old it is out of production funning faster than a 200pound card =D
i think i might be able to lower the voltage hopefuly if uping the NB gets it more stable.

cool thanks guys, found the NB voltage settings, was at 1.25v uped it to 1.35v.
my board is ap5n32-E sli plus, according to everst my mb temp is ideling just under 30degrees will se when gaming soon. how hot can this get while maintaining stability? and how much can i up the voltage? can i go as high as 1.5v? or is this overkill/ott.
