Hi every one i would like to upgrade my computer, listed below are my specs:

Processor: Intel Core i7-6800K CPU, 6 Cores, 3.4 - 3.6GHz
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX Glass Case - Black
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 8GB Graphics Card
CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro H100i V2 CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-X99-Ultra Gaming Motherboard
Memory: 32GB DDR4 2133MHz Memory (4 x 8GB Sticks)
OS Drive: 256GB Samsung SM951 M.2 PCIe Solid State Drive
Secondary Hard Drive: Seagate 2TB 7200RPM Hard Disk
Power Supply: Corsair RM750x 80 PLUS Gold 750W PSU
Monitor: LG 34UM68 34-Inch Class 21:9 UltraWide FHD IPS LED Monitor

I would like to upgrade GPU, CPU and Cooler as my CPU is overheating atm due to faulty cooler.

Would be grateful for any ideas thanks and suggestions

My budget is around £1000-1500

Honestly? 3700x would give you maybe 26% increase in cpu performance, 16% if you run your intel overclocked. To me, that's like throwing money down the drain.

1080 vs 2070s is around 7% performance increase from what I can tell.

I think it might be worth replacing your CPU cooler, await the 3xxx series and zen3. Expect covid-19 to bring prices up significantly though

Thanks for the advise! I think i will wait for the next GPU cards as suggested. do you think its worth me just buying the same cooler? or do you have a recommendations?

Thanks

You'll get better continuous cooling per noise for cheaper from top heatpipe coolers.
Waterpipes in place of heatpipes don't make heat disappear anywhere and small and slim rads don't have heat dissipating area to match biggest heapipe coolers.
Even best sub £50 coolers have similar level fin area as most rads.

Heatpipe coolers also can't ever fail completely.
With cheap and easy to replace fan being only thing which can fail and whose failure doesn't kill all cooling.

Also memory has to go in update, because those memories are just slow.
In fact they're no doubt clearly worser in latencies than good 2133MHz DDR3s.
