Hello,

Im looking at getting a desktop setup as im currently gaming of a laptop, i now have space for a desktop. I mainly play WoW, RDR2 and a few others.

My budget is £1200 (give of take) for the machine I have a monitor which is a MSI G27C4 but id like a 2nd if its not too much on top of the budget for the tower.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I was trying not to recomend the Kolink citadel mesh all the time in this price bracket lol.

Whyever not?

My Citadel Mesh is stored away - I'll be building it in the new year - but I had no problems with cable management. I don't mention cable management in my review of the Citadel Mesh here but you can see from the pictures that all the cables fit behind the motherboard tray.

Yes i build a rig in one earlier this year. Nice case for the money IMHO.

If I were to up the budget to say £1600 what else could I get in terms of future proofing a bit? For example getting a larger PSU to handle upgrades and or a better GPU.

Thanks again for your help

The easy answer to you is put a more powerful psu and gpu in and be done.

My basket at OcUK:

Total: £1,527.92 (includes delivery: £0.00)

I have gone one step further but unfortunatly cant keep in your budget ;)

The GPU price is the real issue
The artic cooler is a place holder to the Thermalright peerless assassin whuich isnt sol by OC but is an awesome cooler that will cope with pretty much any chip you could put under it in future. £43 for the rgb version from other places.
