Article on the BBC today saying about the new police powers to ticket people for middle lane hogging and driving too close to people that come into day, which is all good stuff and not before time, but there's one that concerns me as a motorcyclist.
I wonder if this is going to affect filtering, lets face it you could get different interpretations from different cops, and the one below is also something to ponder. I suppose we'll see what happens.
