New tripod head

I hoping to place a Manfrotto MH057MO-Q5 Magnesium Ball Head on a 190X-but if can't due to my FE150-600 being too heavy, can anybody suggest a tripod replacement that will go with the aforementioned head? Thank you.

I was getting a bit of movement when using a gimble on the FE600mm and the same thing when using the ball head on my Three Legged Thing when using a Loawa 100mm for macro. I've pulled my Manfrotto MH057MO-Q5 Magnesium Ball Head out but am just wondering whether the Manfrotto 190X-which I use as a spare, would cope with the weight of the lenses plus the MH507MO-Q5? The Q5 is rated for 15kg but the 190x I intend to put it on is rated for 5—6kg. What I am asking is whether or not the MH057MO-Q5 would be a good combination for the Manfrotto 190X to remidy the issue?

It's a bit left field but have you considered the Flexshooter?
For my macro stuff I use a Novoflex ball head, beautifully engineered and rock solid.
