New TV - 43"+ - Samsung?

Hi guys,

I'm trying to maximize a Samsung Store company discount portal. I have spotted the Samsung 55" QN95B Neo QLED 4K HDR Smart TV (2022) for 1400, 50" QN90B for 880 or a 50" QN90A for 720.

Is there any other models of that size / quality that I should consider?


Bearing in mind I don't need the extra inches, is almost double worth it for the 55" QN95, and similarly, is 160 quid saving over the 90B worth considering by choosing last year's mod?

My use case is casual crap telly and decent 3x a week film watching on 4K UHD from Plex. I have a basic SONOS Beam Gen1 for audio.

If price isn't an issue, I'd look at the new QD-OLED 55" S95B. Assuming it's the usual perks deal that can be had for £1199 at the moment which is an absolute bargain and will beat all the panels above.

Thanks, that looks spot on actually. I'll measure up and see if a 55 inch will fit nicely. I am tempted to mount centrally above the fire but I may need to convince the other half!
