New TV advice

I'm looking for a new TV possibly the Samsung 32" HDTV LE32R51BD, or the Samsung 42" Plasma HDTV PS42D5SD.

Which one of those is going to give me the best picture quality overall, and especially for my X360?

Any info on these two sets would be greatly appreicated as I want something that will have a long lifetime.

I think you should go and have a look at them for yourself.

Take your XBox with you and find a friendly sales person who will let you hook it up.

If you have no intention in buying from them (perhaps you are ordering online?) then I think it's curtious to let them know.

(Yes, I used to be in TV sales)

Sorry one other question does anybody know if the Samsung PS42D5SD will output from my X360 in 1080i mode?

I really am after a kick ass telly for the 360 >:E

Actually, iirc that plasma is NOT HD.
