We're after a new TV for the lounge - ideally 70" ish
We currently have an LG 55NANO866NA, and it's paired up to an LG SN11 7.1.4 soundbar. As well as being used for Movies, It's also used for X Box Series X and Nintendo Switch gaming.
We've got a TCL 55C815K QLED in another room, and honestly I think the picture is better than the LG. Its certainly better on dark scenes from a lighting zone perspective.
Budget for the new TV..... Ideally £1500 ish or less.
A friend has a ~2 year old top of the range Sony OLED which blew my mind at how incredible the image was, but one thing that concerns me with OLED is screen burn. We have two children and it's not uncommon for the TV to be left on pause for long periods.
I'm quite tempted therefore to get something like the new TCL 75C845k. I assume this would be a decent step up from my current LG set?
