I'll be getting a new TV, a 65". I've got a off the wall origin S2 but the baseplate has warped over the years it's no longer flat.

I could get a new baseplate made up, but other option is to replace the stand.

A similar stand design would be ideal, the maximum width for the stand to be around 26", the width of the center speaker.

Must have TV height adjust, and shelf for the center adjustable also.

Since my house suffers from damp a bit ideally not made from MDF, perhaps damp has warped it (or maybe not)

If you're worried about the wood warping then why not just get a glass stand? you can get one for a fraction of the price of a solid wood one.

Was thinking about getting stone base made up. Also perhaps it may not be the damp it was tilting in the other place, which didn't have high moisture levels.
 
The one I have is too high, I have measured what dimensions are needed

Want the vesa holes 60 and 80cm plus 2cm to give clearance above sub.

The AVf options stack is too high also
