New TV

We need a new smart TV for the main lounge - currently have a 50 inch Pioneer Plasma.

We sit around 15 feet away, so my question is whether 4K is worth it? I was thinking:

Sony 75inch 1080P

Will any 1080P screens be getting HDR?

Coming from a plasma to LED is going to be difficult, rip black levels.

Thats fine - don't want to spend the amount being asked for a 65 inch flat OLED so LED is the next best choice.

Does anyone know if that TV is FALD?
