Iv just taken in my new computer of ocuk but can't log on has it states default user asking for password yep if it came with it iv lost it but the best I ordered a 34 monitor but that arrived yesterday afternoon but open box set up oh dear about four inches got bad lines running down it it looks like it's been dropped by someone just waiting for a returns number but windows is frustrating has of not being able to log in does ocuk put windows reg on box has I'm still able to reformat dementia has left me well short in brain power but if any one can help with logging I would be helpful thanks Jeff

I don't normally buy pre-made systems, but the first thing I would look at is whether it is actually necessary to enter a password. Try just hitting return when it asks. Also, was there an option to login without a Microsoft account ( and so without a password ) in the bottom left of the screen at any stage?

Not trying to be a dick or anything, but please try to use more than one sentence in future.

In any case, if you really can't get into the OS there are a few options:

1. If it was setup via an MS account, try that
   
2. See if safe mode / alternate local account method works
3. Try some regular passwords like "123456", "admin" or "password" ect.
4. Phone support if it's a prebuilt, they might know what's happened / the default password
   
5. Reinstall windows
