Well I'm looking to build a complete new rig and due to monatary problems, i need to purchase a little bit each month. So this would be the first month, for this month i want to get CPU, Motherboard, Ram, and CPU cooler on a budget of Maximum £190-£200. Heres what I'm currently looking to buy:

I want to over clock the CPU hopefully to 3.2GHz or more if possible; would these components work well together to gain this kind of overclock? Also any suggestions to what i should change or does it look good?

TIA!

get the stuff that has less volatile prices.
i would suggest getting mboard and cooler, and leaving the chip and ram tilll later, as you may well find you can get something better.

Personally, I'd just take the money and put it to one side for a few months, then just buy all in one go. Nothing worse than having new hardware sat around you for months unable to use it.

there is that :)

still if you are not able to leave the money lying around and feel it burning a hole, well get the spend out the way :)

if your going for a complete new rig, then think about the case, PSU and HDD, all of which are reasonably stable from the price perspecitve.

I would do that (like any sane person) but i'm soooo terrible with money.
