looks like your current setup is ok, why not wait for x38 Motherboards so you can futureproof =).

but if you want another upgrade get another 1gb of ddr400.

x38 mobos?

My current setup ok? my 3700+ single core is a big bottleneck to my 8800GTS.

I am sure the P5N SLi mobo from Asus is abit futureproof since its got 1333fsb so it can use those new 45nm cpu's coming out, in 2 months time I will be selling the the C2D E6600 if I get it and buying a quad core.

Will this ram:

Work with an Asus P5NESLi mobo?
