If your not overclocking I'd just get
"Corsair 2GB DDR2 Value Select PC5300 Dual Channel Kit (2x1GB) (VS2GBKIT667D2)"
£158.61 inc VAT

The 667 Mhz speed will cover you for the 1333 Mhz Core 2 Duos/Quad cores @ stock and the E6600 obviously.

The motherboard is major overkill for a non-overclocker too unless you need some of the features.

But buying better components will allow for even higher FSB's later... it'll allow you to change your mind and do some overclocking later on ;) :D

Before i order , anymore idea`s would be great , i want to make the correct choice , not like last time with my FX-57 :( , i will be keeping my 7800GTX as yet i don`t think its worth splashing out over £400 on a new card , maybe when vista is around complete and free of bugs i might

own the exact same mobo and CPU, currently running at 3ghz on air with 333 FSB.

Good choice of mobo. If you're not overclocking though, that memory is a waste of money, i overclocked my 6600 to 3ghz using memory £50 cheaper. So i dont see why you need it if your not going to oerclock :)

I just want a nice pc so i can play great games in the future , as for over clocking , tell you the truth i am not that experience enough in computers , i don`t trust my self and don`t have the Confidence , i would let some one do it for me , i know its a say , its best to be safe and sorry :) . I find when PC are running well that are great , soon as you get problems it can be very stressful
