New Vegas Mods

OK, so I have a 60hr save which I want to finish. I used a hanful of mods but the only one I can remember is unlimited companions.

Is there a way I can find out which mods I used?

Fallout Mod Manager? Or when you start Data and list of all mods

Sorry, I mean after I've wiped the game and reinstalled it

I stupidly forgot to list the mods I used and I've since reinstalled Windows etc.

I just used the data file option.

So far I've installed Fellout, Bottle that water, Light Step ED-E, PerkEveryLevel, D3D9.dll, Unlimited companions. I'm going to back up my saves, juuuuuust in case lol.
