New version of FAHmon!!

UncleFungus has updated FAHmon with bonus support and lots of fixes/changes.

Obviously its not HFM.NET but its the old standard and its good to see it back

Also good to remember it is available for Windows, Linux and OSX

* Now built against wxWidgets 2.8.11
* Updated MSVC project to version 10.

There is nothing like a dead horse that kicks! I got used to HFM.NET by now, but a cross-platform tool will always have its uses.
