New Version of RBE (Radeon bios editior) v1.19 - volt mod!

just found a new version of RBE, i think its been out a while, but never the less its so great!! u can now hard flash voltages, ive got my idle at 1v on my 4870x2 and my 3D voltage at 1.35. works great. saves any hasstle with batch files and what not.

The benefit is being able to increase or decrease voltages in over/underclocking and, as mentioned by tmaxx, it's an easier solution than previous methods.

is the winflash utility safe?

im currently using ati tray tools to automatically do 3d / 2d overclocking / underclocking, is it worth me doing bios mod instead? the max voltage is 1.158, can you go further using the bios mod in a 4850??
