New vista game problemw hich I am very unhappy to report :( looks like il be back to xp sooner than i thought :P

Anyways just so your aware in BFME2 The Rise of the Witchking Expansion any game you play online seems to last for around 4mins or slightly longer then it goes Out of Sync and thats it game over :(

I havent heard of a fix for it so I doubt there is one on the way as well! JUst a heads up for you guys! Back to XP I go :) since I play competitively online in clanwars its Vista Gameover for me the now :P

wtf!! :eek: I wouldn't be smiling if that were the case. That's terrible. I hope it's only an isolated incident with this particular game, because let's face it, UAC is the spawn of the devil.
 
oh I know mate I know! Im just happy cos i like vista in all! But it just kept happening and that was the only thing I changed! so UaC might be the spawn of a host of online gaming problems tbh and that doesnt sound good!

Like trying to install something you have to allow twice and before you get to allow the second time it cancels and you have to start again....now THAT is annoying!

Maybe its something to do with admin privileges? :confused:

I've been using the Vista RTM with UAC off for nearly a month now without any problems. Have you got any software firewalls running, maybe try turning your AV off.
