New Vista Install 100% CPU Usage

Searchindexer.exe is at 50% and svchost.exe is at 50%


Windows Task Manager shows 00 on all processes but CPU total is on 100%.
When i look at all users in this its saying SYSTEM is the culprit.

Any ideas please. PC is not running slow for surfing the net. Not done much else since its only up and running today.

could be the pc is indexing, let it run for a bit then check few hours later should be ok
